Limited Edition: Wild Garlic

Our newest limited-edition cheese is infused with our house-made wild garlic pesto, crafted from hand-foraged local wild garlic blended with lemon juice, nutritional yeast, olive oil, and a touch of salt and pepper. We then lightly sprinkle each block with wild garlic flowers. The result is a rich, savoury cheese with a fresh, garlicky brightness and a smooth, creamy texture.
