Kimchease
Our signature cultured cheese and blended it with tangy, umami-rich kimchi, then finished it in vibrant Korean chilli powder for a striking red rind. The flavour is mellow, savoury, and beautifully complex.

Wild Garlic
Infused with our house-made wild garlic pesto, crafted from hand-foraged local wild garlic blended with lemon juice, nutritional yeast, olive oil, and a touch of salt and pepper. We then lightly sprinkle each block with wild garlic flowers. The result is a rich, savoury cheese with a fresh, garlicky brightness and a smooth, creamy texture.

Blue Marble
A smooth, subtly flavoured cheese infused with blue spirulina — a natural superfood celebrated for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and immune-supporting properties. The vibrant marbled swirls bring a gentle earthiness and a boost of nutrients to every bite.

Provençal
A throwback to one of our original flavours from the early days — when our cheeses were still round! Coated in a fragrant dry blend of rosemary, thyme, black pepper, garlic, and a touch of lavender, this cheese offers a bold, herbaceous flavour with a floral warmth and gently peppery finish.
